The Community Outdoor Outreach program provides grants to local governments and non-profit, non-political organizations.

Grant sponsors use funds to introduce underserved persons to the programs and facilities of Texas Parks and Wildlife. Sponsors may use funds to buy outdoor recreation equipment, food, instruction or transportation.
